Delivery & Returns
Deliveries
Delivery times given are approximate, and all items are sent via Royal Mail with recorded delivery or for larger items using our designated courier company
Deliveries usually takes 2-5 working days from your order.
Please be aware this does not include the weekend - so an order received Friday will not be sent out until the following Monday.
Orders placed after 5pm will be processed the following working day.

We also deliver to Northern Ireland at the above rates unless otherwise stated. If you have any questions regarding postage to NI then please get in touch.

If for any reason your order cannot be delivered because it is the 3rd attempt, the courier company will then return this to their local depot where an admin fee will be applied to the parcel to resend out to you - this is payable by yourself and they will contact you via email - it is always advisable to put a work address if you won't be home to receive your order.
Return & Exchange Policy
We strive to get things right for you but:

If for any reason you are not satisfied with your purchase, then simply contact us via email within 2 working days of receiving your order for an exchange or refund of the full purchase price, excluding the original postage cost.

You are required to pay the return postage unless your item received was faulty or damaged.

Please ensure the items/s are in the original packaging to ensure the goods are not damaged in transit and that a recorded delivery service is used.

Goods that are received damaged must be reported within 48 hours of receiving the item/s. We will then require you to send an email / photograph to us so that we can see the damage and discuss the return. Then an exchange or refund will be offered.

Refunds will be processed within 48 hours of receiving the returned item/s.
​
Orders may be refunded or exchanged in store excluding any postage costs, proof of purchase required.

Juneberry reserves the right to refuse a refund on item deemed not to be resalable or not in original condition and/or packaging..
